What Kavro is

Kavro is a local-first utility for keeping important links, expiry dates, private items, and everyday details in one place on your device. It has no account system, no backend server, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

What Kavro does and does not do

All data is stored locally on your device. Cards, links, details, expiry dates, people, and settings are written to your device's local storage only. Nothing is transmitted to any server.

No account system. Kavro does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

No backend server. Kavro has no server infrastructure. There is no Kavro account or cloud database holding your app data.
📊
No analytics or tracking. Kavro does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking tools.

Backup files are user-controlled. When you export a backup, the file is saved to your device or shared via your chosen app. Kavro does not receive or retain a copy. The backup file contains all your Kavro data and should be kept in a safe place.

Saved links are references only. Kavro keeps the reference. The original app, website, or storage service controls whether that link remains available, signed in, shared, or accessible. Kavro does not store or guarantee access to original files or destinations.

Kavro cannot reset forgotten PINs. Your PIN is stored locally on your device only. If you forget your PIN, the only way to access your data is by restoring a backup you previously saved. Kavro has no way to retrieve or reset your PIN remotely.
External links

Kavro cards can contain links to external websites, apps, or services. When you open a link, you leave Kavro and are subject to the privacy policy of the destination. Kavro has no control over and takes no responsibility for the content or practices of any linked destinations.

Children

Kavro does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The app does not transmit user-created app data to Kavro servers.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at getkavro.app/privacy with a revised effective date. Continued use of Kavro after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
